Helping you heal, grow, and thrive in relationships
You care about the people in your life. You want your relationships to feel safe, mutual, and meaningful. But instead, you may find yourself overthinking, feeling anxious, overwhelmed, hurt, or misunderstood.
Hi, I’m Casey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting adults navigating relationship difficulties that stem from symptoms of depression, anxiety, or trauma. Areas that I specialize:
-Unresolved childhood trauma or abusive relationships
-Fears of rejection and abandonment
-Emotional reactivity or shutting down under stress
-Over-functioning or difficulty setting boundaries
-Anxiety about closeness, intimacy, or commitment
-Low self-confidence and self-worth
-Challenges with communication or conflict
-Recovering from betrayal and rebuilding trust
-Uncertainty about whether to stay or leave a relationship
In my practice, I take a relational, trauma-informed approach, drawing on attachment theory and modern neuroscience to create a safe space where clients can show up as their authentic selves and truly feel understood and accepted. Through our work together, clients can expect to:
-Explore how past experiences shaped your current patterns
-Heal unresolved trauma and painful relationship dynamics
-Strengthen your ability to regulate emotions and stay grounded
-Practice effective communication and boundary-setting
-Build self-compassion and healthier thinking patterns
-Restore trust in yourself and in others
-Increase tolerance for vulnerability, ambiguity, and uncertainty
-Cultivate secure, balanced, and fulfilling connections
Many of my clients are naturally introspective, identify as empaths, and tend to focus on caring for others while overlooking their own needs. I also enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent folks, and clients in non-traditional relationship structures, such as polyamory.
The goal is for you to move beyond survival mode and create the meaningful relationships and inner security you have been longing for. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out with questions or schedule a free consultation to see if we would be a good fit.
